Tell me something about yourself that people in your chosen industry would find interesting.

I started a lowbrow film podcast with a friend called Slums of Film History that has over 15k subscribers. We are currently writing our 6th season and a book. 

Tell me about how you met Nur?

The first time I met Nur was when she was introduced to me by a coworker on my first day at work. She was really dressed up all sexy-like and I asked her what the occasion was. She said she was going to a show later that night and so I asked if she was trying to impress a guy. She looked right at me and said "no, I'm probably a lesbian."

Most treasured way you spent time in 2018? 

As a single gay man I usually end up being the third wheel to most of my coupled friend's events. This year I decided to take a bike tour of the Italian countryside with a bunch of much older gay men whom I had never met. It was the smartest thing I've ever done.

What advice would you give someone who's moving to a new city?

Don't get comfortable. Keep doing new things and trying new places. Once you get comfortable you know it's time to move again.
